TERMS OF SERVICE

Make sure to read the following before commissioning me!


> GENERAL
• If possible please contact me before requesting anything to avoid any confusions!
• Prices may vary depending on the characters and/or background complexity.
• Rejected sketches may be repurposed in future illustrations.
• Unless you're commissioning me for a character design, I will need visual references for commission requests.
• Please note that I still retain the right to accept or decline any commission.


> COMMUNICATION
• I preferably use Twitter dms for communication. Alternatively, Discord or Ko-fi can be used (@zabishiki for all of them).


> PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS• All commissions are paid upfront, and I will not start working on the commission unless the payment has been accepted.
• You may request a refund max 12 hours after the commission has been accepted.
• Cancelling more than once will result in blacklisting.
• I will also offer refunds if I'm unable to finish the commission for whatever reason.


> REVISIONS
• I'll ask for feedback every time I finish a step.
• Revisions are made almost throughout the entire process, but mostly during the sketching stage.
• Have in mind that for any big changes during the rendering stage, it's going to cost you an extra fee.

> DEADLINES AND DELIVERY• First come, first serve.
• It takes me around 3 days to 4 weeks to finish an order. This varies greatly depending on the comms I have ongoing and their complexity.
• The time of completion depends on queue. I'll post a trello link with the queue.
• Be aware that I have a full time job, so there'll be times I'll be busy with personal stuff. Commissions are sadly not my fulltime job.
• Once I've delivered the final version, I'll wait for your reply before posting the illustration on my socials.
• You might request for specific deadlines, but it will affect the price and I have the right to reject these requests if it interferes with my job.


> USE
• You may repost and use my commissioned art for content creation (stream/video thumbnails, social media icons, etc.) with credit.
• You may use for personal items, such as mugs/prints/shirts/stickers or other merch. For personal use only.
• You may not redistribute or profit from any commissioned art through prints/shirts/mugs or other merch.
• You may not trace, modify, or copy any commissioned art, nor claim it as your own work.
• Yo may not use any commissioned art in AI model training/NFTs.
• You may not use any commissioned art in relation to any conceivably political/socially charged context.


> INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• and
• I reserve the rights to the final piece. However, you have full permission of reposting the final piece anywhere (again, with proper credits). Please don’t claim my art as your own.
• I will always ask permission before reposting the works myself. By giving me reposting permissions I’m allowed to: use it for promotional use in any of my social media and other sites (Pixiv, etc).
• I will also ask for extra permission in case I intend to use your commission for prints or other merch in small local events.
• Commissions made for commercial use WILL have a different price than the one stated before. I'm not doing any commercial use commissions at the moment, so this will be further updated in the future.
